We will try to resolve any issue remotely with our sophisticated remote support software. If we can’t resolve the issue remotely we will send out an engineer to resolve the issue on-site. - No call-out charge for regional customers
We don’t charge within 30 miles of IV36 2AB subject to a minimum of 1 hour support (includes Inverness, Nairn, Forres, Elgin). - Industry qualifications
Through various industry qualifications (Microsoft, ITIL, MSIT) we can provide expert support for both traditional and web based IT solutions.
